To charter a yacht to sail yourself in Greece however, you must hold a sailing license recognized by the local port authorities. The following certifications are accepted by local port authorities.

Yacht charters in Greece all start at 17:00 on a Saturday with check-out happening at 09:00 the following Saturday.Â
